Bespoke Custom Orthotics
Full manufacturing for you. Send the 3D laser scan and prescription; we design, manufacture, finish, and quality-check the orthotic for your patient.

Designed and Printed Components
We design from your scan and prescription and 3D print the orthotic shells, extensions and paddings, shipped unassembled to your clinic.
You: assemble, bond, apply top covers and finish.

Orthotic Design Service
We design orthotics for 3D printing and/or create positives for CNC manufacturing, using your scan data and clinical prescription as the guide. Designs are supplied as .STL files, downloaded from your dashboard, with optional slicing and print preparation for the Creality K1 Max.

In-Clinic 3D Printing + Production Setup
Support for clinics moving toward in-house production, including workflow setup, material guidance, printer/process planning, and production support.
